Our team went above and beyond to design and build a custom mobile training platform that allows for offline content and cloud synchronization, meaning users are able to access the material when they’re standing out on the track waiting for a test drive. If changes need to be made mid-event, admins are able to publish the content and participant devices will immediately begin syncing seamlessly in the background (whereas before, a significant and costly re-print may have been required). The app succeeded in digitizing all of the traditional training material (turning documents into PDFs), but we were also able to enhance the user experience through digital quizzes and reports, video, and interactive HTML5 learning modules.
The platform is integrated with the client’s Single Sign On, and offers complete user management with privileges granted on a per-program basis. This allows internal administrators and other vendors to be able to manage the content they need for their program.
Finally, dealers maintain access to all of the learning material for use back at the dealership. Tools like Search and Favorites allow users to quickly and easily reference material from the event.
